Great place to stay with the family

Beautiful resort on a huge estate, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The extremely beautiful pool is 3-5 minute walk down a long-ish staircase through the forest and officially closes early. There was music "muzak" playing at a slightly louder than background music level. I asked them to turn it off and they did. If they hadn't turned off the music it would have completely ruined the natural atmosphere of the amazingly well-located hotel. The view from the pool was superb, the room was huge and clean and beautiful. My wife and 3 children and I were very satisfied. Except for the food at the restaurant. While breakfast was great, dinner food off the menu was expensive and watery. I wouldn't eat there again.

ピータコーンを見に行きました。ホテルは重厚な建物と広い庭があり立派なホテルでした。 ピータコーンの会場からは20km弱離れているので車を呼んで行きます。帰りはタクシーを拾えば良いと思ったのですが、田舎町なのでタクシーはないということが分かり途方に暮れました。夕食を食べたレストランに相談したら、「私が送ってあげる！」と従業員が言って下さり無事ホテルに戻れました。 これも旅の内なので、非常に思いで深いです。

愉快的住宿體驗

今次旅程是為了丹塞鬼臉節而來的，而且泰國官方旅遊網頁資訊是23~26/6，所以住宿4nights(包早餐)。貴價房間設於酒店主大樓，低價房間於另外－楝建築(有2架mini bus可乘坐，如要去泳池、spa、按摩、蘭花園，亦較遠路需要坐bus)，本人喜好行路回房間只需4~5mins。只有第一天早餐未有大量住客，會有犀鳥飛過來－起吃早餐。餐廳晚餐(泰式炒飯炒河、西式有烤鴨及德國豬手等、炒小菜海鮮河魚等)，個人喜好泰式，價錢合理。由於24~25/6開始鬼臉節房間客滿，餐廳轉為自助晚餐(每位450thb)，提供較傳統的泰國菜式(個人喜愛烤鴨及香茅酸辣魚湯)。首日行程要到市內參觀(車程20mins)，酒店主管MR. PORN英語流利，非常友善幫忙，早上他要到市內辦事，主動用自己私家車接載我們，到警署幫忙找TukTuk車。酒店主人是位日本女仕，非常細心及親力親為，曾經見過她吃－頓晚餐，要離開4、5次處理各樣問題。這酒店環境清靜是適合喜愛避世的地方。PS.Thanks for MR.PORN

Bad service, transportation not good, no wifi !!!

I had assigned to a far room which is need to walk many stage of staircases to arrive my room. Unfortunately my legs is injured on that time and request to change room has been rejected due to rooms are full. (i checked in about 11am). In the room, wifi is unconnectabled and with spider web. I'm not sure how long the room without occupied and toothbrush/toothpaste kit is not provided. Some of the staircases is dark in the night and stages is small. I almost get second injures while stepped on it. Please be careful or using torchlight while you are leaving your room at night. (Perhaps, you need to walk to lobby to access Wifi while you are bored?) Please bear in mind there is without any phone install in the room. You are unable to contact receptionist directly if you need any help. You need to walk out from the room with many staircases to main road! This resort is far from city. It's need about 15 mins by car to arrive town. Moreover, they are not provide any motorcycle to rent or provide any shuttle service send to you town. You may rent the bicycle if you like to enjoy the hot sun while in hot season. There's without any restaurant near to hotel. I requested a cab from receptionist and wait for an hour at lobby only found there's no action taken until i requested with the manager. It's pretty bad experience for me and I will not go back to this hotel. The only surprise view is i'm able to see ostrich from my room and the room is big...

Nur für überzeugte Treppensteiger.

Das treppenreichste Hotel, das wir je hatten. Hoher Preis, unbrauchbares WiFi, tolle Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer. Frühstück gut. Sehr freundlicher chinesischer Hotelmanager, der uns nach dem Frühstück eine kostenlosse Tour durch das Gelände und seine Orchideenzucht anbot. Loundryservice sehr teuer.

This is a very remote location in Thailand...but it is so beautiful. The food was yummy and the manager was very very kind. Our rooms were the least expensive type and there was no climate control. so we were a little cold in the night, but this probably almost never happens as it doesn't stay cold for long. One thing to note, the people in the next room and above and below sound like they are in the same room. I know they do have climate controlled rooms, so I would assume the sound abatement would be better.

Great stay

We meet the resort manager Mr Amporn and couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful person. He waited on us hand and foot during our stay. The big plus was buying a car load of beautiful orchids to bring home after the stay.

Tout simplement magnifique

Hotel splendide situé dans une verdure magnifique. Le restaurant sur la terrasse offre une vue splendide. Les chambres sont tous meublées avec raffinement, propres et confortables. La piscine est très belle et l'eau très claire. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. On retournera dans ce havre de paix lors d'un nouveaux passage dans cette région. De plus on y mange très bien.
