We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded "

"The location's awesome if you're there for an event at the Expo or stadium. There's a subway stop right by the hotel entrance. Convenience store and restaurant are also very close. The staff helped me with a tech issue. They're all super friendly and helpful. I loved that the heating was always on full blast, especially since it was freezing outside. The room's pretty basic, but everything was clean. The only trouble is the shower; you can manage it, but you gotta be careful not to splash water...

"Das Zimmer war sauber und zurecht gerichtet. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und bei jeglicher Hilfe sofort da gewesen ! "It is a brand new, good hotel. The location doesn’t feel safe at all. After 5pm, there are people sleeping on the streets, drug dealers next to the train station. You can get an early checkin by the hour. (10euros per hour) From the reception area to the elevators you need to take an extra (slow) elevator which is absurd by all means. They charged us an extra 80€ by mistake, when I noticed as I was waiting gör my uber, they corrected it. That would have been another thing to solve from...
