"This resort was one of the best parts of our trip to Japan. Coming from the USA, we wanted to enjoy a traditional accommodation. This resort had everything we were looking for: Japanese style room, bedrock sauna, private onsen bath, gendered public onsen bath and an onsen pool. "Hotel location was excellent regarding the beach. Probably 50 feet to sand from their front door. Room view was probably the best I have ever seen! Staff was very attentive to us. Food was excellent. "

"A wonderful ryokan with a lovely staff, who also speak good English. We were courteously picked up from Yaizu station and then dropped off when we checked out as well. The room is very large, bed comfortable, and filled with modern amenities. Even the temperature of our private onsen can be adjusted down to 39C (which I preferred). The meals were elaborate and delicious, served in a very tranquil and comfortable setting. I would definitely return in the future. I especially recommend this hotel...

"従業員の方がほぼ全て外国の方。しかし、日本のおもてなしを純粋に努めて下さるところに心温まる。 大浴場にはボディシャンプ－、シャンプーリンスはあるが、アメニティは最低限(歯ブラシぐらい)。各部屋で必要な物(ポット、浴衣)は受付で借りれる。近隣にはコンビニがないので、必要な物は揃えて持っていく必要あるが･･･とてもシンプルで過度のサービスなし。心地よい潔さを感じる。"
