Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto

Gion

10/10 Excellent

Loved the location of being nearer the old side of Kyoto. Spacious lobby was lovely along with rooftop bar. Balance between sympathetic design and modern luxury. Breakfast was excellent and very varied to others we had in Japan. Room was good and a generous size. Ground floor didn’t have much light but that was okay as we were out all day. Only negatives, only one chair in room and not many places to be comfy and relax. No bath. Laundrette was not nearly big enough, turned out to be very...

All the amenities and equipment you could need were either provided in the room or available at reception. The washing machine and the bathroom drying system were particularly useful during the hot Japanese summer. The dryer was surprisingly efficient and very quiet, making it easy to do laundry overnight. The...

We spent 05 nights in Imagine Hotel Kyoto from 21 to 26 Dec 2025. A cozy and warm space near the Grand Kyoto Station and Avanti Kyoto Shopping Mall. Great Hotel crew especially Axe helping us with our queries. The shared lounge is amazing where we cooked our breakfast there daily. The owner himself met us on our 2nd day, and wish us to have a great stay in his hotel. Overall a very nice place for family, which include my wife and 03 kids (age 13 to 17).
