"We booked the room as we have a teenager that wanted to use the pool after games for his baseball tournament. Pool was closed and being repaired. No mention when booking online, no mention when checking in at the front desk. It is 90+ degrees and 80+ percent humidity... no pool. We left the hotel ..."
