"Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, cereals, and a hot cooked breakfast. The only negative, we had to pay for parking, we booked on Expedia and it was advertised as parking available, no mention of having to pay. We will use this hotel again but will book directly through the hotel website. ( cheaper too )"

"The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful with questions. Breakfast staff was familiar with gluten free needs. Rooms were pretty hot due to heat wave. Did appreciate the fan."

"The foyer was cool, the staff welcoming. The lifts were quick and the rooms nicely presented and clean. The fitness staff were a bit slow and disinterested. The pool and sauna were good. The showers were in need of a good scrub in the changing room. The cafe was a bit chaotic as the tills were down. The service was very slow and you had to choose a table before you ordered but there was no info to say this. The girl at the bar was pleasant. The restaurant was overpriced and the food mediocre...

"Room 1 is extremely small, but was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. There were too few staff. Service at dinner and the bar was very slow. Dinner wasn't as hot as it should have been. There was too much food on a small plate, I had to hunt under the chicken for my vegetables! Overall, it's quite expensive for food that although was delicious it wasn't hot and not served in a timely manner."

"Lovely comfy room and flexible air con so we could have the temperature we wanted. Check in busy and slow but staff pleasant. Didn't eat here so can't comment on food. Only annoyance was noisy guests in the corridor in the early hours. I'd have thought it would be common sense and respectful to talk quietly outside other people's rooms. Minutes from T2 so really convenient (also easy walk to train station). Access from arrivals (ground floor)."

"The hotel was really close to The Station at the airport and very well signposted. I had a lovely big clean room, with a big comfy bed. The toiletries were great, and the coffee machine. My check in was quick and easy. Only down side was I wanted a drink from the bar and it was very busy. There was no room service with drinks. I woudl definitely recommend this hotel to stay before an early flight. I believe they have really early breakfast too if needed."
