"Great place to stay"

"Its location"

"A great stay in a quiet clean room. Perfect for the travelling worker!"

"👍"

"It took alot to get the rooms warm even though it was warm outside. The bed sheets were dirty when I went to get i to bed, rang the reception and they came and changed the sheet (at 10pm). There are very, very limited kitchen items. The pot was very big and you couldn't cook with the pot and fry pan at the same time because they both wouldn't fit. The TV wasn't even attached level on the wall. It is a very rundown unit, but you get what you pay for."

"Room was good staff very friendly and loved the location Only issues were stains on the sheets and bathroom not that clean as in walls and ceilings"

"Great, compaq hotel, amenties all very good. Wifi code issuing etc a bit archaic ... need to just make there and avaliable seemlessly, this is 2026."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to wharf and downtown. Very good value with lots of options around for coffee, lunch or dinner."

"Lovely hotel in a great location."

"Lovely friendly, helpful staff on reception. Good location, easy to walk to the train station and the harbour. Our apartment was of a good size, with a decent kitchenette and dining area. Our only complaint was with the tea towels provided! On arrival the one in the kitchen was not only threadbare, but had the most awful smell of cooking oil. We took it to reception where they were so apologetic and agreed to get us fresh ones. However, the lovely girl seemed to take ages, and when she arrived...

"Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location."
