"The room was ready when we arrived. Well stocked with tea, milk waiting us in yhe fridge. View of the water as promised. We were asked if we had a small car, just as well. Tight getting it into the space we were allocated due to the angles of that particular parking space. Staff were pleasant and great cafes nearby. Pool not open."

"Stayed in room 26 and was woken during the night multiple times from staff dumping glass bottles in a bin and bins being moved for emptying, was right by the large external refrigerator as well so heard that humming most of the time. Staff and ammenities are great but try to avoid that particular room if possible."

"Property is run down and in poor condition. Zero in person contact at reception, only telephone calls. You need to phone on arrival to get key from lockbox. Room was old, door had been forced open at some point with crowbar, TV would not work, heater did not function, showerhead broken, security chain broken, deadlock bolts on both doors loose. Bed was comfortable however and parking available but that was only plus. Do not stay here. "

"We’ve stayed here regularly and it’s been ok. Unfortunately this time it was too disgusting to stay. Cockroaches, used toothpick next to the bed, dirty socks left behind. A musky smell in the room. We didn’t even stay one night. When we tried to communicate this at check out on Friday night, where we handed in the key, we unfortunately had a very disinterested person on the desk who told us to have a good day 🙄 we’re not after a refund, just letting the motel know. "Communication prior to the stay was laborious, more than we’ve ever had anywhere around the world. The location was perfect so close to the cruise shop terminal and close to ferries and shops. A well maintained unit. A slight glitch getting in but we figured it out."

"What a delightful find - so close to the heart of the CBD/marina but tucked away in a peaceful oasis. Staff were really helpful and friendly and my breakfast was so good - not a buffet but a lovely selection off an individual menu.
