Very good location in a classical real Milano neighbourhood. Hotel is very clean and nice. Staff is friendly and I would not hesitate coming back. I was in town for a conference at Rho Fiero and the train commute was easy.

Small modern hotel within 15 minutes from the center of Milan by train- clean, modern rooms with great amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. This hotel is located in Ciutta Studi neighborhood, a safe, lovely neighborhood which houses the largest polytechnic institute in Milan. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location for Kleos is excellent--v nice neighbourhood with multiple transport links within 5-7mins. Elisa at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Great bars and cafes nearby if you want to stay local.

Great Three Star Hotel

Hotel Kleos was a very good three star hotel. We had a superior double and it was clean and had a great bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but it was a bit short. My feet extended off the bed. The front desk was helpful and kind.

Amazing !

I really enjoyed the stay . The hotel is modern and for the price I think it is the best for value. The rooms are well clean and smell good , the airconditionning was great during the heat Italy. The reception people are so friendly specially Mr.Milad who was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bit small but it doesn't matter since you are not in Milano to stay in the hotel. I would definitely come again

Terrible hotel

Terrible hotel. Stayed one night on a stopover. The check-in took 20 mins with a pre-paid in full room. The room was not comfortable for 3-star, the beds and bedding are 2-star quality at best. There are no amenities in the bathroom and bed was full of bed bugs, I had to dispose of my sleepwear to not risk contaminating my suitcase. How this hotel has a 9+ rating on HOTELS is bizarre, it should be rated 4, it makes me question their rating system.
