First and foremost I must say the staff were amazing couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried, however the hotel is outdated and clearly not worthy of the 4 stars they are given, on my first night I had to change rooms twice firstly as there were dirty tissues left scattered across the cupboards showing cleaning had not been done properly and secondly there was no WiFi service or accessible plug sockets-none European plus, it is stated free WiFi on the hotel however this was running at 17mpbs at the best of times this is 10 times lower than the average in Milan not good enough, only half the jets in the jaccuzi were working, cracks in things like the floor and bidet and shower and dust on top of the bed around the side of the jaccuzi, it is also not accessible on foot (unless you want to cross a busy road which I had to do) you must then walk through a canal like area to get to the main town which is lovely and very homely and friendly, overall I’d say my stay was below adequate the bare essentials were missing and you cannot make up for those with a half arsed jacuzzi wouldn’t stay again if it was free

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, as our stay was very disappointing. The staff were very friendly, and I’m genuinely sorry if this review upsets them, but I cannot be dishonest about the property itself. I initially intended to give a score of 2/10, but revised it to 4/10 because the breakfasts were quite good, and the room cleaning provided by housekeeping was also very well done. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations. The temperature in both the room and the corridors was uncomfortably high—it felt close to 30°C. The hotel is marketed as a 4-star property, but in reality it felt more like a 2-star hotel. The biggest issue is the noise: it was extremely loud at night, making it nearly impossible to get proper sleep. The food in the restaurant was also very poor. Even simple dishes, such as baked potatoes, were undercooked and seemed as though they had been prepared in a microwave.

Unfortunately, due to the complete closure of the motorway, we only arrived at dusk. I would have loved to sit outside in daylight. A great hotel, underground parking, very friendly staff. We had a clean, large and very nice room. You can hear the highway a little, it's really very limited. It's a bit noisy to the next room and the hallway. But you can live with that very well. In the morning we got a very good breakfast, there is something for everyone. If you are not lazy, you can eat well in the vicinity. We only stayed one night. We would like to come back for several days. Thank you to all the staff for this amazing experience.

Stanza sporca con insetti morti, bagno peggio. Porta del bagno rotta, tazza wc gialla (usata). Albergo scomodo, per andare al garage devi andare al primo piano e prendere ascensore. Colazione discutibile, cappuccino alla macchinetta automatica abbastanza scarso, però ti vendono a 2 euro quello da bar. Cornetto agli agrumi invece molto buono. Grande nota negativa è il rumore. La sera e la notte un casino tremendo...non si riposa. Mi dispiace ma proprio NON ci siamo
