Very nice stay with spacious room and bathroom. Balcony was a great addition. Provided free extra pillows which was great. Very clean and comfortable. Location is decent with bus stop 10 min walk away. Front desk was good and spoke English.

Hotel regency is better

No one contacted us prior to the hotel being closed which we thought was shocking so we got moved to the regency hotel and the service was amazing in that hotel and everything was amazing at that hotel

Exactly what I needed. I stayed while visiting Milan to go to a football game at the San Siro. It's a 10-15 min walk to the closest metro station which is the M5 line that goes direct to the San Siro which was great. The hotel itself was a good standard, not too fancy and the staff were really friendly.

My room was very old and in need of a lick of paint and a few new pieces of furniture but overall it’s a solid hotel. 2 minute walk to the nearest tram and close enough to bus stops to go pretty much anywhere in Milan. Area is quiet and has a few restaurants and shops within a few minutes of the hotel. If you want a really cheap way to see Milan it’s a good starting point.

My stay at Santorita Suites was phenomenal. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. It felt like home away from home. The suite was clean. The views from the upper decks were beautiful. The community is peaceful and quiet. Within a 5 minute walk you have access to the Arvanitis Market, a few dining areas which has amazing food, transportation rental shop and more. The price is good as well. I was in Italy a few days before and I paid the same price for a hotel room that does not at all compare to this villa. I was also picked up from the airport and dropped off. This is a family business and I managed to meet the mother and daughter who are such lovely people. I will be staying here anytime I’m in Santorini! Absolutely loved it here

I found the hotel average overall. The undeniable highlight was the staff: very, very, very kind and extremely helpful. They really made an effort to ensure our stay was pleasant. However, the room was just okay, nothing exceptional. What I didn’t like was the additional tax required by the commune of Milanau, which I wasn’t expecting. Another thing that disappointed me was that one of the staff members sold me a one-liter bottle of water for two dollars, while their colleague sold me the same bottle the next day for one dollar. Other than that, everything went well. The location is decent, about 20 minutes from the center. Overall, the staff was definitely the best part of this hotel.

Run down

A run down hotel. Carpets in passageways were grubby. Walls were marked, door frame damaged and poorly repainted. Laminate peeling off bathroom door. Toilet roll holder bracket on wall but no holder. Toilet paper sits on radiator. Radiator rusted. Tap on sink is a puw model but a plastic plug on a chain is provided. Air con very poor. Staff were fine and very helpful.
