"O hotel é muito bom, aconchegante e com um clima agradável. No entanto, o entretenimento deixou bastante a desejar. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Já a limpeza poderia ter sido melhor. A conexão Wi-Fi foi um dos pontos mais negativos da experiência — muito fraca, o que acabou comprometendo também o sinal da televisão, já que dependia da internet. Isso foi bem frustrante. "Próxima a maioria dos pontos de interesse da cidade de Petrópolis, a pousada além de estar muito bem localizada no Centro Histórico, é bastante confortável, organizada e limpa. É minha segunda vez nela, ficamos inclusive no mesmo quarto da primeira e certamente voltaria a me hospedar lá."

"Gorgeous well kept historic property. The breakfast the the afternoon tea were outstanding. We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets. Outstanding hospitality service."
