Pontos positivos: localização perfeita, ao lado do Palacete de Grão Pará, atrás do Museu Imperial, perto da Av. Imperador e R. Teresa, onde tem um comércio muito bom. Íamos a pé a várias atrações turísticos. Café era bom, diferentes pães e bolos, sucos, iogurtes, etc O hotel era bonito e bem arrumado. Teve limpeza nos quartos diariamente. Equipe de funcionários bem prestativa. Pontos negativos: nosso quarto era pequeno com camas estreitas. Eu creio que esse quarto foi feito para casal, mas como estávamos em 2 pessoas solteiras, as camas ficavam separadas, ocupando mais espaço, mas vimos que o quarto do lado era bem grande, só que era para 3 pessoas. E nossa TV que deu problemas, mas foi trocada no último dia. Resumo: Se eu tivesse que voltar, ficaria no mesmo local, por ter mais pontos positivos do que negativos.

O atendimento da pousada é excelente, contudo a TV não é smart, o ar condicionado estava com um ligeiro odor de mofo (a umidade na cidade realmente é grande, então poderiam dar uma atenção a isso) e o chuveiro do nosso quarto infelizmente estava com problema, ora esquentava, ora ficava gelado. Outro ponto de observação são as claraboias e janelas, que precisam de um aprimoramento na higienização. O café da manhã é bom, simples, mas tudo é fresquinho e reposto toda hora.

Pouco conforto

Infelizmente, a acomodação deixou a desejar em dois aspectos: o chuveiro não havia água quente, mesmo após recomendações na parede do banheiro. O ar condicionado do quarto desarmava com muita rapidez, e não gelava no momento de dormir.
