"We had amazing stay on the 33rd floor, amazing views, huge comfy beds, and not as noisy as we were expecting considering the location. Only thing I really missed was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Other than this everything was great, it’s obviously an old hotel and needs an update "

"Very clean room, the most pleasant staff I've met(and i travel alot). Anthony was particularly exceptional. His bright smile when i walked to the reception drove my tiredness away. He cracks alot of jokes and i laughed hard. There's the elderly lady with beautiful short hair, such a wonderful mama. Made me feel like i was talking to my mum. She's so beautiful too. Great experience I must say, I'm happy."
