"This resort is quiet, laid back, and relaxing. It’s perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. Every staff member was over the top helpful and made us feel important. The rooms are beautiful, we had a private pool connected to ours which was clean and warm. The room bathrooms have zero privacy but that didn’t bother us at all. We look forward to visiting again."

"Staff were warm, helpful and friendly, but could hardly communicate in English. The overall experience was good, specially for kids, but the maintenance of the buildings has room to improve. The night shows are great, the food is ok (specially because there are a lot of different options and varieties), but don't expect luxury restaurant quality. Half of the restaurants were closed during our stay. The beach was not good in August (too much sea weeds) and the weather was too hot and humid, but inside the room/restaurants/kids club it was ok. I give the resort 7.5 out of 10."
