Great hotel, great food, great staff

Great views, the personnel was amazing, great prices for cocktails and drinks and awesome international food. The beach is nice and the infrastructure could be better, but we enjoy our time there.

The property location is amazing - a must see and experience! Spectacularly beautiful and the "all inclusive" included more than everything we needed for a fantastic stay. My only suggestion for improvement is that we often had cool showers and the a/c stopped working the last night.

It was a total absolute joy. I have stood in results in Punta, Cana and Puerto Placa, all inclusive. I will give that up to stay once again in your hotel. Everything was excellent check-in to check out 100%. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We had a delightful stay! It wasn't perfect by any means, but for the price we couldn't have asked for more. The staff was kind and helpful. The food was perfectly adequate. And if you tip (which you should) the drinks were strong. The views were incredible and the beach was delightful. I can absolutely recommend staying here. For the price it's tough to beat.

Great views. Rooms are old. AC could have bern better. Food was very good. Restaurants only every other day. Francesco the waiter was amazing. Shel Liana from entertainment team was great. Beach is good with a lot of friendly dogs. No waves, no seaweed, shallow waters good for kids.

Customer service, food, and staff were excellent! We really enjoyed ourselves Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday until the bud loads of locals showed up. They do weekend visit to the resort and we highly recommend not being part of that mess. Go Monday-Friday and you will not be disappointed at all! You will love it! Weekends are a much much different story!

This is not a Resort is a Hotel everything close early nothing to do in the hotel at night, not even vending machine in case you get hungry, the only good thins in this hotel was the employees very pleasant and and the view of the property. I will never returned to this hotel.

We booked this resort as an all inclusive. When we got there apparently they had changed the resort to no longer be an all inclusive. When we got there with no previous knowledge they charged us another $35 per person, per night for the resort stay to be all inclusive. Overall a scam.

The property is in a deplorable state. Mosquitoes everywhere even in the food. There were no drinks or food in good condition. Everything was dirty. There was no staff to make the rooms. We had rented for three nights but we left after the first two nights. I would never go back to this place. I do not recommend it to anybody.
