"Everything about this property looks brand new, from the room, kitchen appliances, bowls, cups, utencils, everything! There's a Lawson's, Family Mart, 7-11, and even a supermarket nearby. Close to the train station. I highly recommend this place. Our favorite place to stay so far in our 2 week Japan trip."

The room was clean and as expected a bit small but LARGE for Japan . The only thing that I would change is Chairs and table to stay in the room are extra from my POV
I would have remove a chair and a table and just leave the night stand and a chair to have a bit more of room for luggage

"The hotel is perfectly situated in Kyoto. There are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the property. I love the communal dining space.
