Overall, the apartment is good and in a great location. It’s an older place but comfortable. The mattress might be a bit soft for most people, but the bedroom is generally cozy. The bathroom needs a renovation; while they keep it clean, the moisture and age are definitely showing. The water pressure is extremely weak. We also didn't like the extra insurance charge fee required before check-in—at the owner’s discretion, I suppose

Quite old property. Very noisy and without proper curtains it makes it impossible to sleep well. Both baths are malfunctioning: water leaking, no hot water. No lockers to store the luggage

A localização é excelente, próximo a todos principais points de South Beach. O chuveiro poderia ser razoavelmente melhor, mas serve para um banho tranquilo. A cama do sofá cama é realmente apenas para um quebra galhos, mas de forma geral a casa é bem equipada e atendeu as nossas expectativas. O investimento valeu a pena, principalmente pela localização excelente.
