"The room and breakfast were fine but an airport hotel without a shuttle service is almost a deal breaker, especially there are no restaurants anywhere in the area. The Embassy Suites next door is a much better choice."

"Parking is in local parking garages. The only spot left was on the 6th floor…..no working elevator. We should have been given a better option with several knee issues in our party. There was lots to do downtown and the pool was nice. Beware of resort fee too."

"We arrived and there was food and trash in the room an an insect. We were on the 32nd floor of the tresor tower and it always too 15-30 minutes to get the elevator up or down. We had to repeatedly ask for our sofa bed to be made up and when they finally did come when we were at dinner, they left the bed partially made and the room was a mess with some of our clothes left in the floor. Plus the room smelled horrible - like someone had used the bathroom and then made a hasty exit. We had a nice time at the pool but it wasn’t cheap (nothing there is) and definitely not 4.5 stars. "

"This hotel came in clutch. We arrived at 6:30am and had 9 hr layover. We got a much needed sleep. Highly recommended "
