Beautiful property! The swimming pool, the amenities and the beach is literally right across the way. Restaurants right across the street and up and down the walk. Just honestly overall great experience. Gave a full star for cleaning this because there was dust and hair residue in the room was definitely clean.

Amazing hotel and very family friendly. Check in and bell service are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are well appointed with mini fridge. Loved the pool, the shallow area was great for my toddler. On one day they also had games for the little ones. Beach and back boardwalk is relaxing and what makes staying here worth it. South beach area is not nice to walk around though - very dirty and can be sketchy at night.

We visit this property several times a year. You are greeted upon arrival by the attendees concierge is ready to check you in. They give it small gift bags to the younger children and there is a ton for the kids to do. It is a great hotel for adults and for children. The food in the restaurants and at the pool is delicious. And definitely reserve a cabana at SOAK where Paul, Jaqueline, Radost and Sonia will take care of your every need throughout the day. They are the absolute best.

Had to change rooms since ours was so dirty. Baby’s crib was stained and dirty too, very unfortunate. Not many friendly/helpful staff. Refrigerator key was not given to us, had to ask someone from reception to get us one by the end of the day. Beach and pool service only start at 11am, seems so late, especially being a family friendly hotel. We definitely expected more. Shoutout to Luis in security who found our 3 missing baby shoes!!

Book this hotel. You won’t regret it. If I had a complaint, it’s that everything on property is expensive. But you’re in the middle of South Beach so everything is expensive everywhere. I purchased three drinks by the pool and was out of $100

Excellent service, my room got messed up and they offered to either accommodate or have a credit for a massage I opted for the massage. Which was superb. Truly recommend and will be my only place to stay while in Miami

My daughter and I were accused of making too much noise just trying to open our door at night as we were looking for our card key after a posh dinner at Rao's by a disgruntled neighbor- that then turned into being accused and threatened by security that my daughter threatened the neighbor. Lord it was scary and we did not feel safe after that. The pool was filled to helm with little kids ( a mother myself ) still can't justify $700 a night for getting peed on by a little one when I went in pool and there was barely any room in the pool. On top of that they charged an entire mini bar use we never touched. After the horrifying experience I checked out early and we moved to an amazing hotel instead. A friend that I made that works at that hotel suggested the other hotel - and they also confirmed staff is poorly trained in this establishment. Stay at the W south beach or the Ritz or anywhere else - Never ever again Loew's - disgraceful and shame on you

Amazing location, very kid friendly. Poolside food was delicious. Overall enjoyed our experience. Pool was packed when we visited the Monday after Easter.

rien pour poser les valises on signale qu on arrive à 3 avec une enfant de 5 ans et pas de lit sup on doit partager un king size et d ailleurs la taille de la chambre ne permettait pas l ajout d un petit lit

I had a wonderful experience at the Lowe’s Miami Beach Hotel. The service at this facility is excellent. The staff were great and very accommodating. The restaurants were top notch with a variety of food options on the menu. The entire facility was visually pleasing to the eyes. The pool area and the beach were very well maintained and presented you with an excellent vacation experience.
