"The front staff are not very friendly or accommodating. They don’t greet you and act like it’s an inconvenience to answer your questions. They never even asked how our stay was when we checked out. They could use more training on customer service.
We were placed on the 5th floor without a working elevator. From previous reviews, the elevator has been out for at least a month. The room keys stopped working every day of our stay. The restaurant is way over priced and not worth the money.
The room was nice and overall clean. The housekeepers do a good job and are probably the only friendly people working there.
The water pressure was strange. Only the hot water worked on our sink. The beds were ok, but they sank and not really comfortable. The phone didn’t work. The fridge was fine.
The pool was good and our kid enjoyed that. There were pool towels and sunscreen out for us. The restaurant also doubled as a club on the weekends, but it was shut down by 10pm and the music wasn’t crazy loud in the rooms.
Overall, our stay wasn’t as pleasant as before the hotel was bought from Best Western. We will likely not be back unless it’s for a one night stay only. "
