Location, amenities were great. The only thing was the shower and water getting on the floor. But I was able to navigate that. I wished I could have extended my stay. I needed two more days. I will be back!

L'emplacement de cet appartement est tout simplement parfait. A 5 mn à pied de south point beach et d'océan drive. l'immeuble se situe sur Washington avenue où l'on trouve de nombreux commerces et restaurants. L'arrêt de bus est placé devant la porte d'entrée. La décoration de l'appartement et le design sont récents et inspirés. Les appareils électroménagers sont modernes (peut-être faudrait-il toutefois proposer les notices, pour gagner du temps sur leur mise en oeuvre) Petit bémol, on entend ce qui se passe dans le couloir, mais rien de vraiment dérangeant. Notre séjours à south beach a été parfait nous recommandons donc vivement cet appartement.

Awful experience all around. Water pouring through the kitchen ceiling was the end of the stay. Host decided to not reimburse us for the balance of our stay. TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN!!! Renters beware.
