"The staff at the entrance was great! Specially a guy forgot his name , got the early before my check in , he offered to get my luggage and also gave me towels to use the pool in the mean time! Great experience"

"Check in was very difficult they wouldn’t let us unload our bags without paying $45 even though we weren’t actually parking, the photos on website does NOT resemble the actual place. My hotel room was actually next door in an entire different building took about 20 minutes to locate. Staff was not very welcoming, the elevator was out of service so i had to use the stairs. The room was at the end of the hall near an exit door that stayed cracked open the entire trip. The room door itself did not have a chain nor were they any towels in the bathroom. The room phone did not work so i had to walk next door to front desk for towels for the gentleman to tell me that he would bring them & never did. I requested them again the next day and another staff said the door was locked, when I requested to speak to management they said that they weren’t there. Last but not least I never received my deposit & now they’re not answering and im back in my home town. Will never return, dont waste your money I would not recommend!!"

"I did not fancy my say as I wanted my mom to feel comfortable and she wasn’t. We were placed in a room close to the laundry where we were getting all the lint and smell of detergent. That caused her sinus to raise and the stay was unpleasant as she kept coughing throughout the stay. Further, we could not get shower gel and also the breakfast was not as expected."

"Rooms are clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Cushions on the cabana’s were dirty and didn’t look like have been cleaned. And the elevators were out of service. "

"great staff. Rooms beautiful and clean. Views were amazing. Lobby, dinning and pool not super luxury but consistent for Holiday Inn. Room and view were high end. Great price and great location. Would go back. beach front was just like the fancy hotels next door. "

"I only went to the bar once Excellent service- great drinks & i got a cheese platter that was delicious. Im pretty sure the bartender was Tamra. She was working last night and I have no idea how she dies all she dies with a smile! "
