"Although the room interior and amenities is superb, some supplies are lacking like no hair dryer, no spare toilet papers and the provided shower gel in the bathroom seems like it was diluted. Also lack of overnight staff especially housekeeping. Overall, this hotel is very clean and has very courteous staff. "
"Good spacious room with bath tub and big bed. My stay was quiet and comfortable. It’s a classic hotel in the manila area. Close to MOA and the airport which is a big benefit. Staff was friendly inside and outside when arriving."
"Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great."
"Very satisfactory stay! Great room with an excellent view! Comfortable bed and pillows, clean bathroom, great amenties and very polite and helpful staff. There was also a conveniently placed water filter outside my room to refill my thermos. Location was super convenient, a stone's throw away from several malls and the araneta coliseum stadium. Highly recommended! "

"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
