"I loved it here, it was clean the food was great. The staff worked so hard to keep the beach as clean as possible. The only thing that made me sad was the cats on the property, I came across six of them in total a few of them in some desperate need of vet care, and one of them pregnant. I know they probably treat them as wild animals there but that’s a very tough place for a domesticated cat to live. The staff seemed to frown on anybody that was trying to feed them and they’re all so hungry. This was my first all-inclusive stay so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it was a great time there"

"This trip I added on a lot of perks I didn’t receive. No hour hydration massage, no 25 minutes massage. Every time I went to make reservations I was told to come back. To book my spa services the same exact thing. I feel like the priority was a membership. To which they told me it would be a hour including breakfast. Then they tell me it’ll be more than a hour about 2-3 hours. I declined. Once I declined so did my trip. I waiting in line to check out for 40 minutes. I was moved to two different lines. They tried to make me get out of line because they said there had been people waiting to check in and I cut. Mind you I was moved to this line by an employee. After a while I got very irritated with several attempts to move me out of the line of checkout. Because he didn’t get the message from his coworker. I told him to call your manager if there’s a problem. The ladies in front of me let me cut because he literally was just being very rude and didn’t know what he was talking about. The bellhop held my bags saying my driver wasn’t there. He’d been there 15 mins. I almost missed my ride to the airport because of them playing with my bags. All and all my experience could’ve been better. I wasted money on things I never received. I don’t have anything good to say about this property outside of the lady that cleaned my room. She was very nice and I tipped her everyday I was there."

"Expect a long line checking into this property and staff just standing around watching. Three people to check in 50 or 60 guests? Then one of them went on break! No information about check out time posted in the room, no information on where the pool is or anything else. I don't know how they can function."

"Check in was a little messy as it was first time booking an all inclusive, we had two rooms booked both were under my name as the “rules” said the cardholder must match the guest check in, well you can’t have two rooms under the same person there, so we had to get Expedia to change things delayed my friend getting into her Room by two hours but the front desk agent was amazing, I probably would have been a mess if it wasn’t for her. She made our anniversary and my friends birthday weekend fantastic! (her manager not so much). Outside of the that small inconvenience the rest of our time was amazing, beach was nice, pools were great, entertainment, food and bartenders fantastic. Chairs are slim pickings so get up early and find one by 9am there wasn’t much left. "
