Houseyn and Liu (pardon my spelling) at the front desk were so lovely and helpful with our tour to Mount Pilatus, as well as making sure our 4 year old son Adrian was happy. (He loved his toy, kids keycard, and chocolates!) At the restaurant, Alessandro was a legend and the food soooooo good! Like traveling to Spain without the train ride. Will definitely return!

"We were notified upon check in a shower door was removed as a recent guest broke it. The manager offered to give my family (3 of us) free breakfast for both days of our stay which was more than fair and appreciated (I did not ask for anything)! I am grateful for the hospitality and generosity that was extended to us.
The area is less than a mile from the center of old Luzern and we walked. The area is quiet and safe so this was not an issue."
