"We decided to go to this place as a weekend getaway with our kids so they could swim in the pool and the pool is out of order. They were devastated to say the least. The breakfast was there but not like the usual other hotels that we stay at. I dont think we will return to this one. "

"1.Honest when I say there was no elevator 2. Charged me a $30 per day non refundable pet fee and then tried charging me double for a washing machine pod after I had already been quoted the cost by another employee which was the only employee we had the entire week stay who was kind courteous and went out of his way to accommodate us unlike all theother employee in this hotel who was the only employee with wonderful customer service skills and went above and beyond but unfortunately not one other employee in the hotel was kind nor r tried to explain the highfeewhen they don't even offer those they decide to put upspairs. This is shady business practice when it shows no care in the woeld over over a full week were friendly and did not go out of there way to "

"Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked a wheelchair accessible room and got there to find out they didnt have it available and tried to out us on the third floor. They wanted my friend to literally crawl up stairs! Absurd!!! THEN I asked him to just cancel the reservation which he decided and charged me anyway for the room!!! Do not stay here! Rude and they discriminate against the disabled. 0 stars if I could give it. "
