"This is an older property and it was okay more attention to cleaning details is needed and definitely needs painting and better upkeep of bathroom facilities in rooms. Noise level of people above us was really bad. Evening upkeep of pool area was awful. Lots of standing water on floor between pool and elevator, towels all over the floor at the entrance to the pool area. Why??"

"This is has been our go to hotel for the past 4 years due to visiting our college students. No complaints and we brought my mom and she too was pleasantly surprised for the affordability and location. We will be there again in August to help move in another. Thank you for a pleasant experience every time."

"Yes the air conditioner was good . The laundry area was clean and easy to work. "

"There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the tub/shower had mold in the grout/caulk. The doorframe in the bathroom was rusted and water leaked everywhere. The showerhead didn't work properly so we have to adjust multiple times to get the correct water pressure to get clean. The room lacked lighting in the extended area where the couch was and the thermostat for the AC didn't work. Overall, it was a place to sleep, but I wouldn't go back. "

"The room was clean, but we had an issue with the toilet fixture. It had a loud ringing noise from time to time. Possibly it was a pressure valve noise. I reported it when we checked out."
