"We had a lovely visit to Palazzo di Valli. The location is just gorgeous - about a 1.5 km walk to the Campo inside the walls of Siena. The breakfast was wonderful - we looked forward to it every morning. The managers Lorenzo and Giacomo were so kind and accommodating - even when we had a very unexpected late check-in. Very quiet, with a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside from our room...coffee-making facilities and a fridge with cold water (essential in this current heatwave)...a good choice of breakfast options, all served by Valentina, who was the perfect host. She took time to chat with us about the traditions of Siena, and could not have been more helpful...we hope to return one day soon."
"The most comfortable mattresses we have found on our travels, were in the family room of this hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious coffee at breakfast. Quick 10 minute walk to the historic district. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add a little more storage in the room and bathroom (and maybe some hooks). "
