The hotel and staff are great. The room and bed are super nice just be ready to move your luggage over some stairs, yes, they do have lift BUT there are some bedrooms (like mine) that will require to go over some stairs.

The property is beautifully old but be careful how much luggage you bring as there is no elevator, Only stairs. Room is nice. Bathrooms nicely updated. No complaints!

In generale l'hotel e' bello, diviso in piu' edifici tutti antichi. Nella mia stanza tuttavia c'erano decine di formiche. Il primo giorno ne ho viste 2/3 e ho sorvolato. Il secondo giorno alcune erano anche sul letto. Ho fatto anche un video. Ho mostrato la stanza al personale alla reception e subito hanno provveduto a darmi altra stanza dove il problema non si e' verificato. Sono stati pronti a rimediare per i restanti giorni. Tuttavia in un 4 stelle e' una situazione che non dovrebbe verificarsi anche in considerazione del prezzo da me pagato di circa 200 euro a notte...

We’ve stayed here several times over the years and have always been happy. Our room was, as ever, comfortable, large, beautiful and clean. We appreciate the extremely helpful staff…a shoutout to Josef who was incredibly helpful by finding a farmacia and scheduling our return Covid test appts. The breakfast is quite good and the Covid policy is practiced.

Hotel ligt in een leuk oud plaatsje met kleine winkeltjes en een aantal restaurants. Het is net alsof je terug in de tijd gaat. Hotel heeft 3 verschillende gebouwen. Restaurant was prima. Eenvoudig ontbijt. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Mooie authentieke kamer. Helaas was het buitenzwembad dicht wat niet duidelijk vermeld stond. Je kunt wel gebruik maken van 2 jacuzzi’s.
