"Good breakfast and very helpful staff "

"The room was sufficient, the staff was kind but we were there for a Rugby tournament and the breakfast staff admitted to not putting breakfast out fully so she didnt have to restock It because of the boys “wiping her out”. Thats quite literally part of what was paid for, the ability to eat before an 8am tournament kick off! Overall the stay was fine, and after being moved out of a dirty first room, the second room was decent. "

"I had no problems with my room! It was cleaned. Obviously the building isn’t a new built so you can tell remodeling maybe needed but my room was cleaned everyday and cleaned with new towels everyday. Staff was great. Food was good.i will say the hallways of people talk loud and slam doors you will hear it so unfortunately it’s not totally sound proof!"

"While the room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good, the bed was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. The pillows were fluffed nicely but as soon as you put your head on it, it was flat. I will never stay here again. "

"I mean, it’s a Gaylord Resort so you know it’s going to be impressive & have everything! This was our first actual stay at the hotel [March] but we’ve visited 2 times before around Christmas. At Christmas, visiting is SOOOOO worth it! The hotel is decked out for the holidays like you’ve never seen! In March, we were less impressed. Several of the coffee spots & shops were closed. Staff were not helpful in directing us to what actually was open. There was a huge conference kicking off the same night we arrived & the bars/restaurants were not staffed to handle the volume of people. Our room was just ok. It’s obvious how much traffic the hotel gets… our room was really roughed up around the edges. We saw the Opry show that night… it’s really convenient walking to/from the Gaylord from the Opry. That said, for the cost & the volume of lodging available in Nashville, I would not choose to stay at the Gaylord again. If you’re visiting the Opry, get an Uber to the Gaylord at 4P, grab a drink & explore the hotel, walk over to the Opry House at 6P and walk back to the Gaylord after the show for a post-show drink & to avoid the heavy vehicle traffic & Uber surge pricing before & after the shows. "

"The staff was amazing! Annette checked us in quickly & efficiently & was very friendly!! Once we got to our room we needed just a few minor things We used the "Jancy" text system & staff member Janet responded within minutes to accommodate our needs! Breakfast was fresh & convenient for our busy schedule & the staff kept things well stocked & tables clean & ready for guests!"

"This little hotel/inn was perfect. The lady at the front desk (Monica) was super helpful, knowable, and so very friendly. I have never seen someone multitask at her job as well as she does. She is informative, and knows how to problem solve. She helped me in many ways. I would definitely stay here again. I was traveling with my daughter for a cheer competition. The competition was located at the Gaylord Convention Center. The drive from Drakes Creek Inn was not bad at all. The restaurants around Drakes Creek were awesome as well. "
