"The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not, they need to replace the pillows. The breakfast was fine to get you going. Waffle maker, eggs, coffee, bagels, yogurt. 4 miles from Newport. We had a good stay."

"The hotel was clean comfortable. Nice breakfast. Coffee and water available in lobby all day. The staff were excellent. Friendly & helpful. Shuttle to downtown was also great. Really liked this hotel."

"Staff were great. Hotel was clean."

"The restaurant associated with the hotel is across the street."

"They were setting up for their international boat show and completely blocked our view and disrupted parking at hotel. But still charged us for parking."

"It was clean and the staff was friendly BUT 1) during the complimentary breakfast I peeled an orange and it was BLACK in the middle and the apples were so soft that they had to be out for 2 weeks 2) every night there was noise from next door and every morning noise from above despite the fact that the place was much less than half full 3) asked the person at desk for very basic information and she told me she had just moved there and knew nothing (she was friendly though)."

"The location was perfect! Easily walkable to shops and restaurants and a marina view!"

"Great hotel and terrific location. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"All employees were very nice starting from Valet and restaurant employees. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a room in the Captains Quarters area which was awesome. Very roomy, clean and well maintained. The only complaint I had was that they didn’t do the smores roast at night even though it was on their site and written on the chalkboard by the front desk. LOL. Of course I say that jokingly because I love sweets but seriously we would stay here again and wouldn’t...
