"Fantastic property with everything you'd need, or thought you didn't need.... great hosts who were eager to make sure we'd settled in and had everything we needed or any help with suggestions for sight seeing (although great information book supplied). We were new to the area but found the location perfect as a base for exploring near and far. over a few days..plenty to do on your doorstep with shops and eateries with-in Melrose if you don't fancy cooking. "The house and facilities are fantastic, in fact it felt so homely and welcoming we did not want to come home. The owners are lovely people very friendly and helpful The area is great for getting to many close by areas and dog walks. Love the art around the gardens, fenced in garden great for our pooches. Definitely going back, need to suss the bath as couldn't get hot water but this was an "us" fault not there's as we are rubbish with reading instructions. The only let down to our weekend was...
