I’m an older woman and the hotel desperately needs updating! The toilet was shorter than my great grandkids use and I had to pull myself up using the towel holder fur the sink. I will say the bed was very comfortable. The carpet is very old and looks incredibly dirty. There was a guide for the television and when the maintenance guy came he said they don’t use that anymore so why was it in the room. I ordered fish and chips from the bar that were overcooked and the chips appeared to be left over and also overcooked, needless to say I ate most of the fish, only because I was hungry and threw the chips out. At breakfast the next day the fruit was mushy and it was past time to be thrown out. I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express several times but this is the first time I have been so discussed with the lodging.

This is a very serviceable hotel with a great location and a great staff. Rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold (really important in FLA) and you're just across the highway from several dozen places to eat in Viera.
