"This was not what I expected at all! It was promoted as a luxury resort and was far from luxury. The motel yes motel/condo/apartment fell short in so many ways. I booked it for a relaxing getaway weekend for my husband’s birthday and I checked out the same day that I checked in. I was highly disappointed. The room was updated but the carpet and couches were old, dated, stained and dusty. I refused to stay there. I drove 4 hours to Ft. Lauderdale and drove 3 hours back home. Highly disappointed."

"The Hotel Stunk, with a disgusting smell of cheap fragrance, rotting vegetables, and just gross. I'm still gagging thinking about it frankly, the restaurant too, and the room smelled like Air Conditioner Fluid. It's for suuuure NOT a 4-star hotel. The food was alright."

"Great Location on a much calmer and quieter section of the beach, whilst still in close proximity to many food options and convenience stores.
Lobby and shared areas were adequate. Staff was nice enough.
Room was... Clean for the most part, but not thoroughly. Cups in bathroom clearly had not been replaced as there were hair clippings on top. Water damage, rust, calcification, stains just made the space FEEL dirty.
AC was efficient.
Would probably not stay again."

"Beautiful accommodations and absolutely loved the fact that our room was equipped with a full refrigerator and microwave. Hotel was in walking distance of Publix grocery store, Walgreens and smoke shop. Jellyfish museum is right across the street, a definite must see!! Oh don’t let me forgot to mention the outdoor pool, hot tub and gym. Only complaint was the hot tub wasn’t that hot."

"Although I only stayed one night, I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Greystone. Marcos and Julie at the front desk were very kind to me and answered all my inquiries in a timely manner. I also met Pawan, the head chef and owner of the hotel. He provided excellent hospitality and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and professionalism shown by the staff. I hope to stay here again in the future."
