"Nos quedamos dos noches 1) no repusieron toallas, ni limpiaron la habitación durante toda la estadía. 2) No repusieron el poco papel higiénico que habían dejado 3) no había en la habitación teléfono ni minibar,heladera ni aire acondicionado 4) previo al check out, no dispusimos de agua caliente, por lo que no pudimos ducharnos 5) no había papel tissue, ni jabón de mano 6) La habitación no se podía cerrar con seguridad, ya que no tenía ni cerradura ni pestillo, por lo que la puerta no ofrecía...

"No outlets in room to charge your phone. No coffee machine in room. But the decor was lovely and classy. The breakfast was underwhelming no cheese eggs or meat. However the croissants were huge and amazing. The woman who checked me in was kind and accommodating. But the male staff at breakfast was standoffish and not warm or welcoming. The grounds could use some more landscaping befitting of a chateau."

"We would not stay here again. The biggest issue was that the elevator was out of order and we had to walk up 3 floors with our luggage. Our room had no AC while we lived through a heat dome. The room had inadequate space for storage."

"La salle de bain et les toilettes étaient propres mais les bordures épaisses du lit et la table de chevet n’avaient pas été nettoyés (miettes + poils). L’odeur n’était pas très agréable non plus. "Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights 6-8 July 2026. all ok 1st night hotel is very central and staff were friendly. 2nd night the air conditioning unit developed a leak. I could hear a dripping in the room and by the time I located the drip I discovered it was directly above my suitcase and a pair of shoes were completely soaked.
