"I had a wonderful day at this hotel, I loved how it’s connected underground to that entire entertainment center, and top of a Bisu, amazing location, and great staff and service"

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"I love suburban neighborhood. Every time I stay in Tokyo, I visit new neighborhoods. It’s fun to walk along the river and see all the little cafés and coffee shops. It’s quite a change from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku.
It’s nice that they have Onsen with a sauna.
The staff were very nice and helpful.

"Overall a very good experience. I enjoyed my stay and am likely to stay here again. I suggest the lights in the common sleeping area be dimmed 9pm - 7am, particularly because each pod has individual lights. "
"Clean, convenient location near the Shibuya train station. Wonderful amenities counter, great coffee any time in the lobby. Reasonably priced. Very friendly and helpful staff. "
