"Staff should improve their English, but they try to do everything is possible to help you. The Hotel is super clean, Shibuya Crossing is 2 blocks away, a lot of restaurants around, and on the first floor, the green line of the subway is a few meters away; it is a very safe area, there is a room in front of the elevator, in the floor 10 or 9, that have a collection of vinyl disc (a kind of music room) whre you can go and play a vinyl disc."

The staff organized our luggage transfer for us. The only thing we needed to do was show them the address where to send the luggage and they filled out all the paperwork."
