"Probably was great. Clean rooms. Friendly staff"

"The staff wasn’t that friendly, towards more to bad attitude to be exact. One front desk black lady that was working on the night of April 18th was especially rude to us. Just overall need more friendly front dest staff."

"The room was clean The staff was very friendly. It was a beautiful proper to stay at as we traveled to Knotts Berry Farm for the day on Saturday. We tried to enjoy the Jacuzzi at the pool, but it was overwhelmed by children with squirt gun, flashing adults in the face when addressed to the staff at the office, they quickly called security and had them removed overall I’d say this is the best hotel. We have stayed at yet close to Knotts Berry Farm. I would gladly return."

"We went out for the day, and when we came back, the towels had been replaced, but the bed had not been made, the used washcloth that was on the bathroom floor was not taken with the laundry, it was as though they came in, replaced the towels and left. The hairdryer sucked my hair in through the back motor cover (pulled out a chunk of hair!), when I took it to the front desk and explained what happened and told them that the motor now was not running well, I asked for a new hairdryer to be...

"Always a great stay, close to establishments and entertainments. Will always come back."

"We had a very bad experience at this hotel and ended up leaving within 20–30 minutes of checking in. As soon as we walked in, the issues were obvious. The hallway and stair areas smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, which is completely unacceptable, especially since we were traveling with children. The room itself felt humid and uncomfortable, and even after turning on the AC, it just blew out dusty air and didn’t improve anything. The condition of the room was also very concerning....

"Older hotel. Jacuzzi was out of service, I was really looking forward to a little relaxation time. There is NO elevator at this facility. That was a bummer especially with carrying your bags up and down the stairs. Grateful that it only had 2 stories. "

"Parking was easy, the carpet in the room was dirty and had sime dirt stains, the computer system was down when checking in so we had to leave cash for the deposit. The hotel is old and it's individually owned and it is registered under an LLC that partnered up with Travelodge in order to use their name. I dont think i would stay there again."

"Room was clean and perfect for one person. Check in was easy. I was worried about a full parking lot but I had no problem coming back late every night. If you’re a light sleeper, walls are a bit thin and other guests can be pretty loud outside your door at all hours of the night. However this isn’t the property’s fault. "

"Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. "

"This hotel offers a great location easy to get around one bus straight to Disneyland about 25 minute bus ride. Food choices in walking distance. The pool was nice, but the hot tub jets didn’t seem to work well. The building is old. It shows its age as do the rooms. It was surprisingly quiet, which was great. Beds were comfortable. But overall as an older building it was a great place to stay and the staff was really wonderful. At the price point it really is a five star, if you’re looking for...
