"The rooms were clean and updated. We had problems with our first room and toilet not flushing properly so they switched us to the last room available which wasn’t as updated as the first. The onsite restaurant was not very good. Very expensive and food was not worth it, even for the convenience of the restaurant. Wait staff didn’t speak English very well and messed up a salad order where we wanted dressing on the side. Which would have been not big deal and easy fix other than it took forever to receive the salad to begin with. Overall, the hotel was good staff Included, but go elsewhere for food if you’re wanting something quick and tasty. "

"The gentleman who checked us in was nice. He spoke very low and I couldn’t really hear him at times but he was still good. The lady who works in the morning shift is really rude. Her demeanor and her tone is rude. My family and I were at the pool and there were no signs up saying that we couldn’t be in the pool and she just rushed out the lobby and was saying we need to get out because it’s not safe to be in the water and she said “it’s their fault if something happens to them” and she just turned away and rolled her eyes. The rooms were clean & everything was neat. The beds were soft and the sheets were clean. The parking was good too, it was free. However, breakfast was alright. Overall I would rate the hotel a 7/10. We extended our stay just to swim but they didn’t tell us the swimming pool was closed. "

"Room was okay. Nothing special. Beds not very comfortable. Bring your own hand soap or a bar of soap. Room did not have any. Air conditioner was noisy. "

"We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Knott's Hotel. We arrived early morning and were able to leave our bags while we visited Disneyland for the day. We were able to take the mid-morning shuttle at no charge. Cristina on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Once we arrived back in the afternoon and was able to check in she followed up with us to ensure our luggage had been delivered to our room. She was vey caring to ensure we had everything we needed. The self service laundry was very handy. We were able to buy detergent from the onsite convenience store. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again."
