"Motel was full of pot smoking freaks and young hookers in and out of the complex."

"When I initially booked the stay at the Days Inn, I typed in the "special needs" box, that I needed a 1st floor room and close to handicapped parking. They mis-read my needs and gave me a 3rd floor room, which they told me was a handicap room. Why on earth would any hotel place a handicapped room on anything but a 1st floor? The initial person at the front desk was no help in changing my room, telling me that they had no 1st floor rooms, and if I wanted one, I would have to cancel my reservation and make another reservation. He was very firm in not wanting to help me in my situation at all. I went to my 3rd floor room via the only elevator that they had, and it was all the way across on the other side of the hotel complex from my room. It made my walk even further than it should have been. I can barely walk, and it just seemed that they added insult to injury in placing me in that 3rd floor room. I had to go back and forth 3 times to get my belongings to take to my room via this one elevator and the long walk across the whole hotel complex! It was a super nice graveyard shift person who told me that he would check on anyone leaving a first floor room that late evening/early morning, and make sure that housekeeping would ready that room for me. As it happened, I was given a first floor room right next to the handicap parking. I was happy, until the heating unit failed on my second evening. They couldn't fix or replace the bad heater, but did give me two extra blankets. "

"Unfortunately, the overall condition of the room was significantly below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, the room felt run down and poorly maintained. The thermostat read 76 degrees and would not initially turn on. I was also surprised to learn that no bar soap was available—only shower gel—which felt below basic hospitality expectations. There was engraved graffiti carved into the nightstand, further reflecting a lack of upkeep. The most serious and unacceptable issue occurred later that evening. After returning to the hotel around 11:00 PM and preparing for bed, I pulled back the sheets on the bed farthest from the door and immediately observed multiple yellow stains across the bedding. When I adjusted the pillows, I discovered a red blood stain that had seeped onto the pillowcase. This was extremely disturbing, unsanitary, and entirely unacceptable. Clean, sanitary bedding is a fundamental and non-negotiable expectation for any hotel guest. Additionally, I observed overflowing trash in common areas, which contributed to concerns regarding overall cleanliness and property maintenance"

"it depend what you pay and what you get .... hotel is good for budget either single or with family ... location is good ... environment is good . I personally like this hotel and this is the 5th time i stay in this hotel but solo travell ."

"Everything was great just wish staff at front door were nicer. Also, a bartender lied about closing at 7 pm. I went back down stairs and another bartender said they were in fact still open but, seemed like I was an inconvenience stopping by and looked like he wanted to go home. Another thing was we had to pay 25 per night for parking. Was pretty upset to pay for rental and parking on top of that. Keep that in mind if you're going to rent a car! "
