"DO NOT STAY HERE…FILTHY I reserved 2 rooms and both were filthy! Stains on sheets, looked like cigarette holes on comforters. Bathroom toilet had hair on it, bathroom shower was nasty, bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the place was built. We walked in and right back out. Did not stay here. "For the price, the room was starting to show wear: peeled off wallpaper in a corner of the bedroom area, rust-ringed shower drain and faucet. The property has crowded parking and now charges $10 a day to park. Pluses: friendly staff, convenient location, great breakfast, and a nice outdoor pool."

"The hotel is very clean. However the decor is different. I had a single king room but there is not a dresser for clothes or a usb outlet to charge and electronics. The elevator system is awful. I had to wait ten minutes each time to use the elevator. Also give yourself 30 minutes to request valet parking. I paid 55 dollars for overnight parking another 5 dollars to have priority on the list and still took 35 minutes to get my car. The valets were very nice and polite. It was not their fault....

"The ac was broken and our room stayed around 85 degrees our entire stay. The staff did not like to be engaged and were quite annoyed when asked about amenities. They also do not want you to ask for extra pillows. We had 4 travelers the pillows they offer were very flat so we requested 3 additional which the hotel declined to provide 3 instead gave 2. I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. "It was a beautiful facility. The room was very well laid out. And parking in the garage was nicely located. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the room view. Staff was very helpful. And we the restaurant we chose to dine at was decent. But next time I would probably check out the one on the rooftop"
