"We had an amazing stay! The staff was so welcoming and the valet people were as well. The room was very nice and had a full size fridge and sink with garbage disposal. There were also a few dishes in there that we could use."

"I didn't have the breakfast but our room was clean and comfortable. Its downtown so it noisy at night but to be expected. Parking was expensive because the comedy show so it wasn't a surprise."

"It was a great stay. Beautiful Hotel, the only thing I will say is the parking is pretty expensive. I understand that we are in the heart of downtown, but the parking prices could be lower."

"The staff when we first checked in was helpful, friendly and informative (absolutely above & beyond!) The rooms themselves could use a little love and updates. And not sure why there were so many Buddha statues everywhere. Otherwise, great location with wonderful staff!"

"We did not eat on the premises. Would have preferred what was onsite in writing on in the room. The iPad was off line during our stay. Our room was next to some sort of utility room and several times during the night I heard mechanical noises...slightly annoying but I put up with it. Very pet friendly to residences so you have to like animals. Staff was gracious. "

The restaurant downstairs was one of the fastest services I’ve ever experienced, and food was delicious, the valet system is perfect, and the staff was extremely helpful and play. Overall great experience."
