"Hidden fees and depending on which staff member you got you received different information! Parking, internet, food and “destination fee” were not relayed properly and felt deceptive. "The hotel is very clean. However the decor is different. I had a single king room but there is not a dresser for clothes or a usb outlet to charge and electronics. The elevator system is awful. I had to wait ten minutes each time to use the elevator. Also give yourself 30 minutes to request valet parking. I paid 55 dollars for overnight parking another 5 dollars to have priority on the list and still took 35 minutes to get my car. The valets were very nice and polite. It was not their fault....

"nothing really wrong with the hotel but i registered (through a 3rd party Expedia) for the ammenities like the pool, hot tub, etc. but when i checked in they were "indefinitely under maintenance" and closed. this is NOT disclosed when booking on 3rd party sites and they said it's not their problem or fault and they refused to give me a refund or cancel my reservation. "I am very disappointed with my recent stay at Le Méridien. While there were several staff members, particularly at the front desk, who were attentive, kind, and did their best to assist, the overall experience was far below what should be expected for a stay costing over $1,000 for four nights.Upon arrival and throughout our stay, there were numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues. "The room had knats, dust balls and dirty shower floor. The front desk staff was not friendly. After arriving home I noticed some of my cloths were not in the luggage we immediately called (nect morning) as of today, no call back even though it was stated since we called so quickly someone would contact us. "The bedding and towels were clean which is important for us, but the shower was really dirty and it smelt musty in the room. The fridge also wasn't cold. My child and I are both allergic to mold and dust and it bothered our skin. But we loved that we could walk to our venue and the staff were very courteous and helpful."

"The ac was broken and our room stayed around 85 degrees our entire stay. The staff did not like to be engaged and were quite annoyed when asked about amenities. They also do not want you to ask for extra pillows. We had 4 travelers the pillows they offer were very flat so we requested 3 additional which the hotel declined to provide 3 instead gave 2.
