Great price for uptown Charlotte, NC. The location was excellent and right in the heart uptown. The hotel was very clean. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with real eggs made to order. A great experience!

Staff was super nice, parking was reasonable and convenient. We used Lyft but close to the activities we planned for the day. If you like NASCAR it is across the street, Whole foods just a block away! Really liked the Studio King room with the small kitchenette. I would stay there again!

⸻ Incredible new hotel! What stood out the most was the excellent customer service across the board. Zara at the front desk was especially sweet, kind, and always went out of her way to make sure every need was met. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety. My wife and I attended a preseason football game at the Bank of America Stadium. This location was very convenient. The employees here are all very nice. The rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable the showerhead really good water. Breakfast had a wide variety, including croissants, bagels, a yogurt bar, and you could order hot food as part of your stay. All at a reasonable price compared to surrounding hotels.

Did not have any issues other than parking. Parking garage was for somewhere else and $80 a night. Seems everywhere now charges to park now. No rate posted. Used valet parking and needed extra time in am was winked at and told no problem. I ended up moving my vehicle since I had no idea how much they were going to try and bill me. Staff inside was very helpful and like I said, no complaints.
