We could not have had a better stay! Staff was great. We had a terrible experience with American Airlines, several late and cancelled flights on our way to the Bahamas, thank goodness we were able to salvage our vacation by staying at the JW. They even supplied goody bags to try to supply everything we were missing in our luggage.

The staff was excellent throughout the property. Room service and food eaten at Deans exceeded my expectations. My only criticism is the lounge area in the Spa. I purchased the Spa package with lunch served so I was there a few hours. There are only a few chairs in the waiting area I expected it to be bigger for JW. I also had to eat my lunch on my lap, that was disappointing. May I suggest since the lounge area is so small, give spa guests access to the other amenities; pool/gym. That way everyone isn’t sitting together the entire time. That would enhance the spa experience. Other than that it was an amazing weekend stay.
