We showed up to our pre-paid booking confirmed by Expedia and the hotel told us that our booking didn’t exist due to not having an agreement with Expedia. "This was a beautiful hidden Inn, the outside appearance does not do it nearly as much justice as it deserves. The interior was modern, well kept and up to date. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a private lounge, and kitchen which was very handy. Its a great place for families travelling together. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Only issue we had was the water from the taps was a bit yellow so it wasnt safe to drink."

"The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing. The staff was really friendly and helpful though 😊"

My trip to the &Beyond Xudum Okavango Delta Lodge in Botswana Africa, was an incredible experience. The staff at the lodges are so wonderful and caring, looking after their guest so incredibly well. Hot chocolates on the early morning safari trips are a highlight. I was travelling by myself after being with a group who went to Uganda and South Africa, so suddenly being alone was a little strange. At every meal at Xudum a staff member would eat with me to keep me company
