"Bereits an der Hauptstraße B300 gibt es eine Beschilderung zur Lodge. Die ca. 70 km lange Anfahrt erfolgt über eine Sandpiste, die nur mit einem Allradfahrzeug zu bewältigen ist. Die Begrüßung war sehr persönlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten wurden sehr individuell durchgeführt. Die Ausstattung des Luxuszeltes war hervorragend. Alles super sauber. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Alle Getränke auch tagsüber waren inklusiv."

"Simple campsite with all necessary amenities you need. Excellent location, very close to North Gate. Breakfast is yummy and substantial. Fantastic staff, Salomon was friendly and helpful, and proved to be an excellent guide in the field. Bonus point for the wild dogs behind the campsite! "

"Tolle Begrüßung, sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben immer wieder Ratschläge für Ausflüge und Mittag und Abendessen erhalten. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse im ersten Stock auf den Fluss. Wir haben uns die zwei Tage richtig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier hinkommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr ehrlich und zuverlässig."

"A fabulous place with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide was the most knowledgeable man who knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. He could spot the smallest bird at the top of a tree whilst driving. He found us our first Leopard - amazing. "This was our second visit to Deception Valley. We enjoyed our first visit so much we went back. The guides are very knowledgeable compared to some other camps we have visited and the trackers are outstanding. The walk with the Bushmen through the brush is truly a unique experience.
