Party going on in next door room all night. Tried to be patient but at 3.30am I rang reception. I checked that they understood exactly the noise problem. They ignored my complaint, so nearly half an hour later before 4 am I myself went in the garden outside my window to abuse these partying guests. As an older person, I should not have had to do this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL therefore

Hill top views with clean air.,
Wonderful position being outside the city noise and pollution. Lovely clean hilltop air, car essential though. Rooms and bathrooms have been renovated but still could do with modernisation. Staff were friendly and we arrived late at 2am with no problem or delay. Breakfast was good but coffee not from dispensers wouid be welcome. We did not use the pool.

Terrific Value for Peace and Quiet
This is a great 2.5-3 star hotel from a room perspective (slightly rundown furniture that is more college dorm than fancy hotel), with a 3-4 star lobby and a solid 4 star breakfast. Given this, it is a terrific value and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We slept great, enjoyed the fabulous breakfast, and took in some amazing views of Israel’s coastline. We did not have a chance to use the pool or the athletic equipment, but if you like that sort of thing, this is really a terrific hotel!

Not up to par
Aside from two mornings when fire alarms woke us at 6:30 and 7:00AM, both mistakes, we experienced no housekeeping service our first day. The bathmat, with obvious mold growing on it took three days to replace. I actually carried it down to reception to show it to them! The larger blanket which covered the”king” bed arrangement had a torn and too small duvet. The hotel, at over $200 per night was definitely disappointing. The food was plentiful and generally tasty.

Pool outside 300 mts far from the Hotel
I was disappointed because the pool wasn't in the hotel. It is a covered Pool , with heated water , in a Country Club near by 300 mts that receive people from the zone, and also free people from the Hotel . The Gymn is also in the Country Club, and must pay 50 shekel the entrance

Surpresa super agradável

Lovely staff and room was upgraded to a garden room. Room was great - comfortable and quiet, and well appointed. Unfortunately, current renos of the grounds includes the path to the pool adjoining the hotel. The path is along the road, so be prepared to have footwear to get there. Lovely 25 metre lap pool! For some reason the children's pool was empty...

Entre Jerusalém e Tel Aviv. Dentro de um Kibutz encantador com toda infraestrutura, inclusive com um dos melhores supermercados que já vi em Israel. Atendimento fantástico, desde a recepção, através de Lua, que nos permitiu entrar antes do horário previsto. Quarto super espaçoso, assim como banheiro e a vista incrível das montanhas da Judeia. Bem pertinho do local onde ficou a arca da aliança. Vale a pena, principalmente se precisar descansar para depois pegar um voo de volta!

Good potential they have to upgrade the experience
The hotel doesn’t have a sweeming pool it’s belong to a country it’s 250 m out side the hotel most of it closed for sweeping lessons for the country,you have to carry towels from your room and then to ask them to bring new ones to the room. They don’t use the great location to nice places to seat and enjoy the view of the area.

Chambres sympa mais accueil décevant , il n y a pas de spa malgré le panneau le précisant a l l entrée , manager absolument pas aimable , piscine loin de l hôtel avec un accès très difficile ...

Dear madame ! Very sorry you are not happy staying at the hotel . We seem to have a misunderstanding as explained before, the has no Spa , nor is is it written in Expedia’s site that it has . Still we are very happy that you decided to add an extra night at the hotel , it shows as that even though we did not agreed in some points , you did enjoyed others .

great place. staff is very friendly. compatuble for shabbat. needs better noise isolation between the rooms
