"I couldn’t check in as nothing was in English, I had to call a friend to come help me with the process which was all in Hebrew. No one on the property spoke English, the first room was in the basement and the other people down there had a barking dog, the others were playing music and were loud. I was “upgraded” only because my friend was there to talk to the property manager, no one answered my contact through Expedia, the other room was dirty and dusty, the lock wasn’t working so I couldn’t...

"The rooms could be a little cleaner.. There are plenty of shops and places to eat a very nearby. The train also runs on the street. The breakfast is expensive at Ibis. Usually went to a shop for coffee and pastry nearby. The hotel is on Jaffa Street very convenient to get two things. 15 minute walk to the old city."
