"We loved our 3N stay at Residenza Ducato. The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. "Centrally located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Vanessa and team were very responsive to our needs even prior to our stay. One recommendation for the hotel is to change the tub-shower door/barrier as they only have the 1/3 screen barrier. If one isn’t super careful when showering, water ends up all over the floor. "Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"Great location! 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, and water busses available everywhere. Hotel room was huge with king size bed in the loft. There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! The bathrooms in Italy are always a challenge with toilets flushing and hot water for showers, but nothing against the location. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Éramos 4 y la verdad es que lo disfrutamos muchísimo. El hotel estaba muy cerca de Rialto y habían dos paradas de Vaporeto, con lo cual estaba super bien comunicado. El piso estaba super bien, era muy bonito y era muy cómodo. Nos encantará volver! Anna fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos!! 💖"

"Nous avons loué une caravane pour visiter Venise en avril. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la plage ou la piscine qui avaient l'air très bien car il faisait un peu froid. Il aurait fallu une couverture supplémentaire d'ailleurs car nous avons eu très froid la nuit. Sinon, les draps étaient fournis et bien propres, le logement fonctionnel et propre également. Il était impossible d'avoir des informations sur le trajet vers Venise avant de venir (le personnel ne parlait ni l'anglais ni le français...

"The staff were very welcoming. Everyone spoke English with me which was great since I didn’t know nearly enough Italian to get by. The room was quaint. Not quite what I expected but very nice. The heat wasn’t working week but they had provided plenty of extra blankets. The view of the Rialto bridge and grand canal right outside my window was just perfect. Would highly recommend. "
