Bedroom had no plugs for phone, bed was almost on the floor and the pillows were just the worst. Older bathroom but it was clean. No washcloths provided. Overall, it was good and we loved the location. "

"Conveniently located next to the Rialto bridge on the main canal. Our room had windows overlooking the grand canal. A little noisy at night but that was expected and really didn’t bother us. The room was spacious and decorated heavily in Venetian style which we loved. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby as well as easily assessable water transportation. Easy walk to museums. Staff was professional and courteous. Would stay here again. "
